Park Rules
- Outside food, beverages, and snacks are not allowed.
- Pets are not permitted inside the park.
- Drivers / helpers / cleaners / maids will not be allowed in guest areas.
- Swimwear is mandatory for water attractions.
- Breakages will be charged to the company or individual.
Age & Pricing
- Children below 95 cm in height get free entry.
- Kids (05 to 10 yrs) Rs.300/- lesser than the adult price.
- All prices are exclusive of 18% GST.
- Valid government-issued photo ID required at entry.
Cancellation & Refund
- 48+ hours before: 100% refund.
- 24–48 hours before: 50% deducted.
- Under 24 hours: No refund.
- Refunds processed within 4 working days.
- Postponement allowed once, subject to availability.
