These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Club Cabana website, online bookings, and your visit to the Club Cabana amusement park, water park and villa resort operated by Club Cabana Recreations Pvt. Ltd. ("Club Cabana", "we", "our") at Sadahalli, near Kempegowda International Airport, Bengaluru, Karnataka – 562110.
By making a booking, buying a ticket, entering the premises, or using this website, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please refrain from using our services.
1. Bookings & Tickets
Bookings for day outing packages, villa stays, corporate outings, family events, night-out packages, tickets and add-on services may be made through our website, at the park box office, or through our reservations team.
All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation by Club Cabana. A booking is considered confirmed only upon successful receipt of payment and issuance of a booking confirmation.
Tickets and package vouchers are non-transferable unless expressly permitted and must be presented at the entrance along with a valid government-issued photo ID.
Prices displayed on the website and at the box office are inclusive of applicable GST unless stated otherwise. Prices are subject to change without prior notice; the price applicable is the one in effect at the time a confirmed booking is made.
2. Age, Height & Eligibility
Children below 95 cm height are allowed free entry to the water park when accompanied by a paying adult, subject to the prevailing policy at the time of visit.
Certain rides, slides and adventure activities (Bull Ride, Paintball, Rope Activities, Archery, VR, Target Shoot, etc.) have minimum age, height, weight or health restrictions. Signage at each activity governs eligibility, and the decision of the on-duty operator is final.
Guests with pre-existing medical conditions (including heart, back, blood-pressure, pregnancy or recent surgery) must not participate in high-intensity rides or water activities. Please consult your physician before visiting.
Senior citizens and guests with disabilities are welcome. Please contact our guest services in advance so we can plan the best experience for you.
3. Park Rules & Conduct
Appropriate swimwear is mandatory for all water park attractions. Cotton clothing, jeans, shorts with zips or buttons, or any apparel with sharp accessories is not permitted in the pools.
Outside food, beverages and alcohol are not allowed inside the park. A range of food and beverage options are available at on-site outlets.
Smoking is permitted only in designated areas. Bringing outside alcohol, narcotics or any prohibited substances is strictly forbidden.
Pets are not allowed inside the park or resort premises.
Guests are expected to conduct themselves responsibly. Club Cabana reserves the right to refuse entry, remove or refuse service to any guest whose behaviour is, in our reasonable opinion, unsafe, disruptive, intoxicated, abusive, or in breach of these Terms, without any refund.
4. Safety
Trained lifeguards and ride operators are on duty during park operating hours. Please follow all safety instructions, signage and announcements.
First-aid support is available at designated first-aid stations and at Guest Services. In case of a medical emergency, please inform the nearest staff member immediately.
CCTV cameras are installed across the park and resort for the safety of our guests and staff and for loss-prevention purposes.
Guests participate in all rides and activities at their own risk. Club Cabana will not be liable for any injury or loss arising from a guest's failure to comply with posted rules or staff instructions.
5. Lockers, Belongings & Lost Items
Lockers are available on rent at designated locations for storing personal belongings. Club Cabana is not responsible for loss or damage to items not secured in a locker.
Items found on the premises are turned in to our Lost & Found desk at Guest Services. Unclaimed items are retained for a reasonable period and then disposed of or donated.
Guests must not leave valuables, jewellery, or electronic devices unattended at any location on the premises.
6. Food & Drinks
Meals included in packages (Breakfast, Buffet Lunch, Hi-Tea, Dinner) are served only within the time slots specified for each package. Missed slots cannot be carried over or substituted. *T&C Apply.
Any special dietary requirements must be communicated at the time of booking. We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate them, subject to availability.
7. Villa Stays
Villa check-in is from 2:00 PM and check-out is 10:00 AM unless a different time is agreed in writing at the time of booking.
A valid government-issued photo ID is required for every guest at check-in. Aadhaar, Voter ID, Driving Licence or Passport is accepted; PAN card alone is not accepted as identity proof for stays.
Any damage caused to the villa, its furniture, fixtures or equipment by a guest, their accompanying guests or visitors will be charged to the guest.
Smoking inside villas and common indoor areas is not permitted. A cleaning charge will apply if this rule is breached.
8. Group, Corporate & Event Bookings
Group outings, corporate events, school picnics, weddings, receptions and other special functions are handled by our events team and are subject to a separate written offer and confirmation.
An advance deposit is required to confirm event bookings. Final guest counts, menu selections and activity lists must be confirmed within the timeline communicated by our events team.
Decor, entertainment or any third-party vendors engaged by the guest must comply with park safety rules and obtain prior approval from Club Cabana.
9. Cancellations, Postponements & Refunds
All cancellations, postponements and refunds are governed by our separate Cancellation, Postponement & Refund Policy available at /refund-returns.
Refunds, where applicable, are processed to the original mode of payment within the timelines mentioned in the refund policy.
10. Weather, Force Majeure & Park Operations
Some rides, pools and outdoor activities may be closed temporarily due to weather, maintenance, safety drills or operational reasons, without prior notice. No refund will be given for individual activity closures during normal operating hours.
In the event of a full-day park or resort closure due to force-majeure events (such as government orders, natural calamities, pandemics, strikes, or power failures beyond our control), we will endeavour to reschedule your booking to a mutually convenient date; refunds in such cases are at Club Cabana's reasonable discretion.
Club Cabana may modify operating hours, ride availability, menu items, and package inclusions from time to time.
11. Photography & Publicity
Photography for personal, non-commercial use is permitted in most areas of the park and resort. Commercial photography or videography requires prior written permission from Club Cabana.
From time to time, Club Cabana may photograph or film general park operations, events and activities for marketing or internal purposes. By entering the premises, you consent to the possibility of appearing incidentally in such footage. If you do not wish to be featured, please inform our staff.
12. Website Use & Intellectual Property
All content on this website — including logos, images, videos, text, graphics, design and software — is owned by Club Cabana or our licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark and other laws.
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify or commercially exploit any content without our prior written consent.
You agree not to use the website for any unlawful, fraudulent or harmful activity, or to transmit malicious code, viruses, or attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems.
13. Third-Party Links & Services
Our website and communications may contain links to third-party platforms (such as Razorpay, Google Maps, WhatsApp, travel aggregators, or our social media pages). Club Cabana is not responsible for the content or policies of those third parties.
Any transaction on a third-party platform is governed by that platform's terms and policies.
14. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Club Cabana and its directors, employees and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your visit, your booking or the use of our website.
Our total aggregate liability in connection with any booking or visit shall not exceed the amount paid by you for that particular booking.
15. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold Club Cabana, its directors, officers, employees, agents and service providers harmless from any claims, damages, liabilities, costs or expenses arising out of your breach of these Terms, your breach of any law, or your misuse of the premises or services.
16. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. The courts at Bengaluru, Karnataka shall have exclusive jurisdiction in relation to any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the services.
17. Changes to these Terms
Club Cabana may update these Terms from time to time. The revised Terms will be posted on this page with a new effective date. Your continued use of our services after any update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
