Booking and guest details: name, age, gender, contact number, email, billing and residential address, government-issued photo ID details (required at villa check-in), and details of accompanying guests (including children) for ticketing and safety.

Payment information: payment is processed by our gateway partner. Club Cabana does not store full card or UPI credentials on its servers.

Visit information: arrival date, stay duration, selected package (Day Outing, Villa Stay, Corporate Outing, Family Event, Night Out, etc.), food and dietary preferences, and any accessibility or medical needs you voluntarily disclose.

On-premises data: CCTV footage inside the park and resort is recorded for safety, loss prevention and incident investigation. Lifeguards, ride operators and first-aid staff may record brief information during any incident.

Website data: device and browser type, IP address, pages viewed, cookies and similar technologies used to operate the website and improve user experience.

Communications: emails, WhatsApp messages, phone calls and chatbot interactions you have with our reservations or guest relations teams.

To process and confirm bookings for day outings, villa stays, tickets, events and any add-on services.

To verify identity at check-in, for pool, ride and activity safety, and to maintain in-park guest records as required by law.

To send booking confirmations, invoices, reminders, check-in instructions and post-visit feedback requests.

To respond to your enquiries received by phone, WhatsApp, email, contact form or our on-site virtual assistant.

All online payments on our website are processed through our gateway partner (Razorpay). Card, UPI and net-banking data is handled on PCI-DSS-compliant infrastructure and is not stored on Club Cabana servers.

For payments made on-site, we accept standard card, UPI and cash modes through PCI-DSS compliant point-of-sale terminals.
