Cancellation, Postponement & Refund Policy

This policy applies to all bookings made with Club Cabana Recreations Pvt. Ltd. — day outing packages, villa stays, tickets and group or event bookings. Please notify us via email about any cancellation or postponement.

1. Day Outing Packages & Tickets

  1. Cancellation more than 48 hours before the booked date of visit: 100% refund of the amount paid.
  2. Cancellation between 24 and 48 hours before the booked date: 50% of the total amount will be deducted and the balance refunded.
  3. Cancellation less than 24 hours before the booked date, or "no-show" on the booked date: no refund.
  4. Day outing bookings are non-transferable to another person but may be postponed once, subject to availability, if requested more than 24 hours before the booked date.

2. Villa Stays

  1. Cancellation more than 7 days before the check-in date: 100% refund of the amount paid.
  2. Cancellation between 3 and 7 days before the check-in date: 50% of the total amount will be deducted and the balance refunded.
  3. Cancellation less than 3 days before the check-in date, early check-out, or "no-show": no refund for the booked nights.
  4. Villa stays may be postponed once, subject to availability, if requested at least 7 days before the check-in date. Any tariff difference for the new dates will be payable by the guest.

3. Group, Corporate & Family Events

  1. Group, corporate, school and family-event bookings require a signed confirmation and advance deposit.
  2. Cancellation more than 15 days before the event date: 75% refund of the deposit.
  3. Cancellation between 7 and 15 days before the event date: 50% refund of the deposit.
  4. Cancellation less than 7 days before the event date: no refund of the deposit.
  5. Postponement of an event, if requested at least 7 days in advance, may be accommodated once, subject to availability and any difference in pricing for the new date.

4. General Terms

  1. All cancellation and postponement requests must be made in writing via email to reservations@clubcabana.net.in. A phone call alone will not be treated as a formal cancellation.
  2. Refunds, where applicable, are processed to the original mode of payment within 7 to 10 working days of the cancellation being confirmed.
  3. Applicable payment gateway charges or bank deductions, if any, will be adjusted from the refund amount.
  4. No refund will be given for early check-out, partial non-usage of package inclusions (meals, rides, activities), or unused tickets.
  5. In case of a full-day park or resort closure due to force-majeure events (government orders, natural calamities, pandemics, strikes or infrastructure failures beyond our reasonable control), Club Cabana will make best efforts to reschedule your booking to a mutually convenient date. Cash refunds in such cases are at Club Cabana's reasonable discretion.
  6. Individual ride or pool closures during normal operating hours (for weather, maintenance or safety reasons) do not qualify for a refund or credit.
